Welcome to Brick.Freaks

Minimum buy in my store is 1€, but you will be charged 2€, for orders under 5€ and 1€ for orders under 10€.

Please note that this store is unable to issue a VAT invoice.

Payment
I accept payment through PayPal (EUR/USD) and Bank Transfer (EUR).

Used parts, minifigures and sets could be discoloured or have some scratches, dust or dirt!
I check the articles listed in my store and do my best to remove or note the damaged bricks, however some of them can slip through unnoticed. If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with the bricks I sent, please send me a note explaining your problem and I will do my best to solve it.

Missing items.
It may happen that I can't find an item that you bought. In this case the missing item is a large part of the order value, I will contact you about the it, and give you the option of a refund or a cancellation. If the item is a small portion of the order value, I will just refund it.
If you notice a piece missing or if there's another issue with your order, please send me a note and I will do my best to fix the issue.

Not only does feedback help grow my store, it also lets me know about the store's shortcomings. That is why I Greatly appreciate your feedback, and will return the favour after receiving it. If you have any issues with an order, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, and I will try my best to remedy the situation.
